Indiana Tech's graduate programs are designed especially for working adults. They know you can?t quit your job and go to school full-time. You have family and community commitments, just to name a few.

Classes at Indiana Tech take place one night a week in six-week sessions with locations close to your home or your workplace. Many programs are also available online. Several payment options are available, and books and other course materials are sent directly to your home.


Master of Business Administration (MBA)
The MBA program is designed to help working professionals advance their career by developing their problem-solving and decision-making skills. The curriculum focuses on strategies in real-world business applications. The program delves into areas such as management, marketing, finance, accounting and economics?all important skill areas in your line of work.

As a student in the MBA program, you choose which concentration will best complement your own career goals: accounting, health care management, human resources, management or marketing. For accounting professionals, The MBA program uses the Becker CPA Review courses to prepare students for the CPA exam.

When you graduate from the MBA program you?ll be equipped with the skills and knowledge you need to succeed at the executive level.

Master of Science in Management (MSM)
The Master of Science in Management develops your expertise in using qualitative tools in decision making and problem solving. You?ll explore the change management principles and cultural issues that affect the success of business ventures. The program provides students the opportunity to develop practical skills that are essential for effective management.

The MSM degree gives you knowledge of interpersonal, group and leadership processes; workforce diversity, motivation and empowerment; organizational culture and design; and total quality and change management.

MBA/MSM Dual Degree
You can gain the benefits of both programs through the MBA/MSM dual degree. This program combines the groundwork from the qualitative skills of the MBA with the quantitative tools of the MSM for management success.

Master of Science in Organizational Leadership (MSOL)
The Master of Science in Organizational Leadership will help you find and develop the unique leader within you to serve in the workplace, the community and beyond.
This program gives you working knowledge of leadership theory and current best practices. You will create and assess your own personal leadership action plan and identity. The program uses the cohort model and course work is a blend of online work, self study and classroom work, including some time spent on campus and via videoconference.

The MSOL will give you visionary global leadership knowledge and skills.

Master of Science in Engineering Management (MSE)
The Master of Science in Engineering Management is designed for professionals with a technical background who wish to advance in management or broaden their knowledge base. The master?s program explores the issues that face engineers in a variety of fields as they assume more managerial responsibilities.

Topics such as quality assurance, lean manufacturing, and enterprise resource planning are complemented with a study of financial management, project management, and managerial economics, to name a few.

The MSE will give you the knowledge and skills you need to succeed in an engineering management role.

Master of Science in Police Administration (MPA)
This master?s degree program provides professionals in police administration the chance to further understand and develop expertise in the study of administration and leadership. Students develop expertise through coursework that stresses the application of theory, applicable research methods, and problem-solving activities relevant to modern day police administration and leadership. The final capstone project offers students the opportunity to apply what they have learned in their coursework to real-life administration and leadership issues.
