GRADUATE ADMISSION CONTACT
Rohit Bhasin, Asst Director of Admissions
The Massachusetts School of Law (MSLAW) offers the greatest value of all the New England law schools. MSLAW?s mission is to make practical, affordable, high quality legal education, and resulting social and economic mobility, available to capable but less privileged persons who have been traditionally excluded from the legal profession. MSLAW is committed to providing a practical, yet technologically sophisticated approach to legal education to interested college graduates and working professionals.
LSATs are not required for admission, as MSLAW considers an applicant?s entire record in selecting appropriate candidates to enter the legal profession.
Massachusetts School of Law is the leader in the now-growing drive for reform in legal education, and the school?s practices and curriculum reflect this. Professors stress ethics by incorporating them into every substantive course. The faculty includes expert judges and lawyers who bring practical knowledge rather than just academic knowledge to the classroom.
MSLAW offers joint graduate degree programs with other institutions under which a student can do joint course work for and simultaneously obtain both a law degree from MSLAW and a graduate degree from one of the other institutions.
A significant number of MSLAW graduates use the abilities developed in law school to advance their careers in government or business. But most of MSLAW?s graduates choose to practice law, often in their own local communities.
