Empire State College offers five graduate programs: a Masters of Arts (MA) in Business (with emphasis areas in healthcare, marketing, and finance); Labor & Policy Studies; Social Policy (with emphasis areas in community and government, criminal justice policy, education policy, healthcare policy and human service policy); Liberal Studies, and a Master of Arts in Teaching. The MA Programs combine several weekend residencies (usually 3 in total) with online courses in a term-based format (fall, spring, summer).
In addition, Empire State College offers a Master of Business Administration (MBA) that combines assessment of functional and managerial competencies, online courses and several weekend residencies.
