The New School, a leading university in New York City’s Greenwich Village, offers some of the nation's most distinguished graduate school programs in art and design studies, the performing arts, media and communications, creative writing, humanities and the social sciences, professional management and public policy, and international affairs.
Graduate programs are offered by the divisions of The New School listed below. Integrating the New School tradition of combining in-class and in-the-field work, each program exposes graduate students to an exciting and challenging course of study headed by a faculty of artists, scholars, and professionals who practice what they teach.
